For more than two decades I’ve helped executives, attorneys, established leaders, and emerging leaders strengthen how they think, communicate, delegate, and lead. A graduate of Davidson College, I’m certified through The Protocol School of Washington and trained in the Birkman Method, grounding my work in behavioral insight as well as practical leadership mechanics.
Before founding Clearstory Consulting, I led global training and development initiatives and built a respected practice helping professionals refine how they show up and communicate. Clearstory is the evolution of that work, designed for leaders who want alignment between their capability and their impact.
