A graduate of Davidson College, I’m certified through The Protocol School of Washington and trained in the Birkman Method, grounding my work in behavioral insight as well as practical leadership mechanics.​

Before founding Clearstory Consulting, I led global training and development initiatives and built a respected practice helping professionals refine how they show up and communicate. Clearstory is the evolution of that work, designed for leaders who want alignment between their capability and their impact.
